Great location for exploring the area. Clean rooms, with helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to the city centre, restaurants, and public transportation. Good breakfast options.
All good.

Location-wise, this place was great! Really central and close to all the action. , the included breakfast was a nice touch and I appreciated the free wifi.
This hotel really let me down. The room was not clean, there were bugs everywhere, and the air conditioning barely worked.

The location was good, with Kopi Stop nearby, where we could eat. Views from the sunny balcony: D

this was my second stay and like the first the room was very clean and comfortable.
on check in at 2pm we were told our room hadnt been cleaned and that we would need to wait another 45 to 60 minutes. at the time of booking i stated that we would be arriving around 2pm and attending the bass in the grass not long after. The man on reception was unapologetic about our room not being ready and when i said that we hoped to shower and change before the concert he offered us the use of a closet to get changed in, i was not impressed. We ended up walking down the road to another motel where our friends were staying and using their shower and toilet. This really left a bad taste in my mouth, i will be returning to darwin soon for the weekend but i will not be staying at this hotel again.

It was quiet and comfortable and with easy access into town.
I would have liked to have been shown the facilities.

The hotel’s location is convenient, with buses and gardens in walking distance. Mindil Beach markets are also nearby. the room is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and the bathroom is well, equipped. the staff is friendly and welcoming, providing great service. the breakfast includes a variety of choices to suit different tastes, including gluten, free options. the hotel also features an inviting pool and complimentary wi, fi.
The air, conditioning could be less noisy at times.

We stayed at Vitina 1 night before our tour to Kakadu and 2 nights after it. It was great that we could leave our luggage in the hotel while being on tour. The rooms are very clean and have been recently refurbished. Best showers we had in 3 months! Very good paid internet connection. Very helpful staff. Would stay here again if coming to Darwin. Very good value for money.

Very dissapointed in hotel - renovations in progress - no dining or breakfast avaiable after being told there would be. Tea cups were not washed up each day - had to ask for clean towels and milk on 4th day as room was not serviced at all on 3rd night - telephone did not work for 2 days - had an emergency and could not ring for ambulance - ambulance men not impressed with lack of stretcher axcess. All in all very disapointed in hotel.
The bed was comfortable but there was only second pillow for double bed and there was no light blanket for slightly cooler nights.

Reasonably near to city Centre, close to bus stops & close to CBD, allowing for easy access to restaurants in 5-10 minutes. Basic amenities in the room, including a well-stocked kitchenette, provided convenience and comfort during our stay. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met.
The shower could be improved for a more satisfactory experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, being close to the city centre and within walking distance of major attractions such as the Botanic Gardens and the local supermarket. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including cooking facilities, which was a great bonus for those looking to save on dining out. I particularly loved having a balcony/patio to relax on, adding an extra touch of comfort to my stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. Finally, having breakfast included in the price was a wonderful perk, saving both time and money during my stay.
All was just fine.

Loved the pool, however it could have been cleaner
The fridge desperately needed defrosting, also if one has a visitor, only 2 cups, glasses, plates etc, is a bit poor.
